You can download your music license certificate from your account page at https://www.melodial.com/account.
Under Order history and Music Player Settings you'll see 2 buttons.
You will first need to Set Business Details and then you'll be able to Download Certificate.
Please let us know at info@melodial.com if you have any issues downloading your certificate.
