How to find your login details and reset your app or website password.
Your Login Details
Your username is your email address — the email you used to sign up for Melodial is your username for both the app and the website.
Your password was sent in your welcome email. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from Melodial containing your password for the mobile app and music player.
Important: Your Melodial app password is separate from your Melodial website password. They're two different logins. If you reset one, it won't change the other.
Reset Your App Password
If you've forgotten your app password or need to change it:
1. Go to melodial.com/account and sign in with your website email and password.
2. Click "Reset App Password" in your account settings.
3. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Save.
4. Open the Melodial app, log out (tap the person icon → Log out), and sign back in with your new password.
Note: Your new app password takes effect immediately. You'll need to sign out and back in to apply it on any device where you're currently logged in.
Reset Your Website Password
If you've forgotten your Melodial website password (the one you use to access melodial.com/account), use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page. A reset link will be emailed to your registered address. Follow the link to set a new password.
Still Can't Log In?
Email us at hello@melodial.com with the email address on your account and we'll resend your credentials or help you regain access straight away.
