I have been having trouble streaming the music on WiFi

Melodial streams at 128kbps, which is very light on bandwidth — roughly 1MB per minute, or around 60MB per hour. Most Wi-Fi connections handle this without any issue, so if you're experiencing buffering or dropouts, the cause is usually signal strength or interference rather than your internet speed.

Check your Wi-Fi signal The most common cause of streaming issues is a weak Wi-Fi signal where your playback device is located. If your router is in a back office or another room, your device may be on the edge of its range. Try moving your device closer to the router and see if playback improves. Thick walls, other electronics, and busy networks can all reduce signal quality.

Restart your router and device If the signal looks fine, try restarting your router and then reopening the Melodial app. This clears any temporary connection issues and often resolves intermittent dropouts.

Switch to the app and download music offline For the most reliable playback, we recommend using the Melodial app rather than the web player. The app allows you to download tracks directly to your device, so the music continues to play even if your Wi-Fi drops out or becomes unstable — ideal for busy venues where connection quality can vary through the day.

Or search "Melodial" in your app store.
