I've subscribed but it's not letting me play the music

A "members only" message when you are subscribed usually means the player isn't seeing your active account properly. Here are common causes and quick checks:


1. Make sure you're logged into the right account

   - Log out completely (click the person icon → Log out)

   - Log back in at: https://www.melodial.com/account/login

   - Confirm you're using the same email that your current subscription is under


2. Browser issues

   - Try a different browser (e.g. Chrome instead of Safari) or an incognito/private window

   - Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily

   - Refresh the page after logging in


If you've checked all of the above and it still says "members only," it might be an account-linking issue on our side. Please contact us:
